Privacy notice

Genabyte BV (Mechelen, Belgium) is the controller for the data collected on scan.genabyte.be. Purpose: to deliver your readiness report and, with your opt-in, to keep you informed. Data: contact details, questionnaire answers, evidence examples, outcome follow-up answers. Retention: assessments 24 months, contact details until you ask us to delete them. Processors: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Google (admin sign-in only). Your rights: access, correction, deletion and objection, by writing to privacy@genabyte.be.

We store your contact details, your answers and, if you give them, your evidence examples, to deliver the report. In a Team Scan, individual answers are never shown to anyone in your organisation; the report shows group averages only. You can ask for deletion at any time.
